Geokon is pleased to announce the addition of Berg Bygg Konsult AB (BBK) as our new representative serving Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. BBK is a consulting company, located in Stockholm, which specializes in the planning and implementation of instrumentation systems to evaluate project-related risks.

BBK’s President, Dr. Kennert Röshoff, served as Geokon’s agent in Scandinavia for several years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience pertaining to geotechnical instrumentation. BBK will provide a variety of services, including planning, selection, installation, programming of automatic and remote data acquisition systems, data presentation and interpretation of results. BBK concentrates on soil mechanics, rock mechanics and civil engineering projects including bridges and mines.

BBK has the experience and expertise to work on difficult projects, which have included a low-temperature storage facility located in a rock cavern and an underground nuclear laboratory that required instrumentation manufactured with titanium. BBK also provides fiber optic instrumentation and full-coverage 3D laser technology with BBK-designed equipment.
