MEMS In-Place Inclinometer

Model 6150

The Model 6150 MEMS In-Place Inclinometer consists of a string of MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Sensor) tilt sensors mounted on lengths of stainless steel tubing which are linked together by universal joints. A spring-loaded wheel assembly designed to engage the grooves of conventional inclinometer casing is located at each joint. The string of sensors is installed inside the casing with all the sensor cables passing to the surface where they are connected to Terminal Boxes or Dataloggers.

Specifications

Vibrating Wire In-Place Inclinometer

Model 6300

The Model 6300 Vibrating Wire In-Place Inclinometer is used in conjunction with near vertical inclinometer casing for the measurement of lateral displacement similar to the Model 6000 Inclinometer Probe. However, the Model 6300 In-Place system is designed to be left in place inside the casing to permit automatic or continuous monitoring. Strings of sensors are joined together to obtain deflection profiles.

Specifications
Standard Range¹ ±10°
Resolution ±10 arc seconds (±0.05 mm/m)
Accuracy ±0.1% F.S.
Temperature Range −20°C to +80°C
Length × Diameter 187 × 32 mm (sensor)

¹Other ranges available on request.
