Product Warranty Statement

Warranty Coverage

GEOKON warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the date of purchase, under normal use. If a product requires service, it must be returned to GEOKON—freight prepaid—for evaluation. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, GEOKON will repair or replace the product at no charge.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or damaged due to excessive corrosion, electrical overload, heat, moisture, vibration, improper specifications, misapplication, misuse, or other conditions outside GEOKON’s control. Wearable components—including fuses and batteries—are not covered.

Proper Use & Qualifications

GEOKON instruments are designed for use by trained, qualified personnel. No warranties other than those stated here are provided, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability Limitations

GEOKON is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the installation or use of its products.

The buyer’s sole remedy is limited to the original purchase price of the affected product. GEOKON does not reimburse costs associated with removing or reinstalling equipment.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy in our manuals and software, GEOKON assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions, nor for any impacts resulting from their use.
