Kathy Bellavance

Kathy Bellavance is Geokon’s Calibration Department Supervisor, an important role in which she balances the need for fast response to customer’s requests with the need for accurate calibration data, from which all field readings are referenced. Her position involves scheduling work in the department, writing and maintaining calibration instructions and working closely with Engineering on new products. Kathy has contributed to an increase in production quantities by continually reviewing calibration processes and improving efficiencies within the department—while maintaining the same level of calibration staff.

Kathy came to Geokon nearly 12 years ago, bringing experience in aerospace manufacturing, inspection, taping PC artwork and a commercial driver’s license. She enjoys the fast pace of the calibration area and working with a dedicated staff. As a mother of five children, Kathy appreciates Geokon’s willingness to be flexible regarding employee’s personal schedules. She is a life-long resident of Lebanon who enjoys outdoor activities and has a great interest in motor vehicles. At one point, Kathy participated as the only female drag racer at the well-known ¼-mile track in Epping, New Hampshire!
